Final arrangements, by pest
Every treatment starts with a free inspection and ends with a pest at rest.
Palmetto Bugs & Roaches
In Florida, "palmetto bug" covers the big outdoor roaches: American and smoky brown, that wander in from mulch beds, palms, and attics. German cockroaches are different: small, fast-breeding kitchen colonizers that never live outside. Telling them apart matters, because the big ones invade and the small ones colonize, and the treatments are opposites.
Big roaches get an exterior-first program: harborage cleanup, granular bait in mulch and palm boots, a perimeter barrier, and sealing of weep holes and door sweeps. German roaches get no broad sprays (sprays scatter the colony). Instead: targeted gel bait, an insect growth regulator to break the breeding cycle, vacuum removal, and monitor stations rechecked until counts hit zero.
Free inspection, upfront quote, and a treatment plan the same visit.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackFire Ants & Ants
Red imported fire ants build dome mounds in open sun, lawns, medians, play areas, and sting in swarms when the mound is disturbed. Ghost ants and big-headed ants are the tiny trails in your kitchen: different ant, different fix.
For fire ants we run the university-proven two-step: fresh broadcast bait across the whole yard, which foraging workers carry down to the queen, then direct treatment of stubborn mounds a few days later. Never kick a mound first, disturbed colonies relocate. Indoor trail ants get non-repellent baits so the workers feed it home instead of scattering.
We'll walk the yard with you and quote it on the spot.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackChinch Bugs & Lawn Pests
Southern chinch bugs are Florida's #1 killer of St. Augustinegrass: expanding yellow-to-brown patches in the sunniest, driest spots, usually along driveways and sidewalk edges. Mole crickets tunnel spongy trails through Bahia and Bermuda lawns; sod webworms chew blades down overnight.
We confirm before we treat. A soap flush brings mole crickets to the surface in minutes, and a crawl of the patch edge shows live chinch bugs. No guessing, no blanket spraying a fungus problem. Then it's targeted treatment of the active zone plus the cultural fix that keeps it from coming back: mow high, water deep and infrequent, ease off the nitrogen.
Free turf inspection. We flush and count before we quote.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackMosquitoes
Florida mosquitoes breed in anything that holds water for a week: plant saucers, gutters, bromeliads, toys, tarps. The ankle-biters (Aedes) rarely fly more than 200 yards from where they hatched, which means the problem is usually your yard or your neighbor's, and it's fixable.
We attack all three life stages: tip-and-toss source reduction on every visit, Bti larvicide in water that can't be drained (French drains, bromeliads, rain barrels), and a residual barrier on the shaded leaf undersides where adults rest through the heat of the day. Re-treated on a 21-day cycle through the season.
First barrier treatment can usually happen within the week.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackNo-See-Ums (Biting Midges)
No-see-ums breed in the wet organic edges of salt marsh, mangrove, and canal banks, which is why they're a coastal misery from Naples to Sarasota. They swarm at dawn and dusk, and they pass through standard window screen like it isn't there.
Honesty first: no company can eliminate insects that breed in tidal marsh beyond your property line, and you should hang up on one that promises to. What actually works is defense: 16-mesh or finer screening on lanais, residual treatment on screens and dusk-side vegetation, air movement (they can't fly against a fan), and timing yard life away from still, humid dawns and dusks.
A defense plan sized to your property's marsh exposure.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackRodents & Roof Rats
Roof rats are Florida's attic rodent: expert climbers that follow fruit trees, palm fronds, and power lines onto the roofline, then squeeze through any gap bigger than a half inch. You'll hear scratching at night and find droppings and gnawed wires long before you ever see one.
Poison in an attic is how you get a smell you can't reach. We trap instead. Full inspection of roofline, soffits, and attic; secured snap traps on their travel routes; then permanent exclusion with hardware cloth and sealant, plus trimming the branch highways. We re-check until the attic stays quiet and back the work with a one-year exclusion warranty.
Full roofline and attic check, then a sealed-entry plan in writing.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackBed Bugs
Bed bugs arrive in luggage and secondhand furniture, then live within about eight feet of where you sleep: mattress seams, box-spring corners, headboard screw holes. The tells are bites in a row, pepper-flake droppings along seams, and shed skins.
We inspect every sleeping area, then run the combination that actually ends infestations: targeted treatment of harborage points, mattress and box-spring encasements, interceptor cups under bed legs, and two scheduled follow-ups about two weeks apart, because eggs laid before treatment hatch on their own schedule, not ours.
Discreet inspection, honest verdict, treatment scheduled the same week.
Call (603) 833-8937Request a callbackWasps & Hornets
Paper wasps hang open-comb nests under eaves, soffits, and playsets; yellowjackets nest inside wall voids and ground holes and defend them aggressively. Every Florida spring starts with new queens scouting your roofline for a build site.
We remove nests at low-activity hours in proper gear, treat wall-void colonies with dust (never seal a live void nest, they chew inward), and knock down spring starter nests before they grow. A soffit and eave dusting discourages re-nesting for the season.
Same-day nest removal when you call before noon.

Restaurants, offices, HOAs, and property managers need pest control that passes inspections and doesn't interrupt business, documentation included, scheduling discreet.
Recurring service plans with inspection reports and compliance documentation for audits, monthly or quarterly cadence, and after-hours scheduling so treatment never meets a customer.
